Swapping strips (alt+leftarrow) does not work with metastrips. Also, if a metastrip is cut at start and end, inserting these bit between 2 other strips with alt+leftclick gives a wrong result.

--- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---

In the attached blendfile, grab the already selected metastrip ("test") and try to alt+leftclick insert it after the strip "insert_after". it gives a wrong result. the same thing works correctly with the scene-strips in channel 2.
Swapping the scene strips in channel 2 works, but doesn't with the metastrips in channel 4.
