Create some nodes in a number of frames, shrink turned of in frame settings. Group those nodes together. Then open the group node, the frames all expand to try and fill the group node window.

Fixed in r54354.

Please note that you will have to manually adjust frames in existing group nodes once, because this was caused by the group operators and cannot be undone automatically (original node location is unknown).
