Movie Distortion and Bilateral Blur doesn't work together, it produces artifacts.

--- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---
just check the composite in the attached file. a movie-distortion-node set to distort produces wrong results, if there is a bilateral blur before.

Event Timeline

Seems like when you hit f12, the result is correct, just not correct in the viewernode preview.

Re-assigning to Jeroen. Seems to be something about scheduling of tiles or so. Maybe Distort node shall be converted to complex operation, not sure.
This is not just an issue of Bilateral, any blur would cause issues here.

Fixed in revision 54600.

Added area of interest for the movie distortion node based on a radius around the input tile. It should be sufficient for most common cases.
Please test.
