Description

--- Blender version with error, and version that worked ---
This Issue is in versions: 2.65, 2.64 (Windows / Linux)
Worked as it should in: 2.61
Seems like a bug in Carve library

--- Short description of error ---
Base object is vanishing when modifier object has similar size.

--- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---
Load python script and see what's happened right after second commented line.

Unfortunately, this is a known issue is Carve library which was forwarded to it's developer. Thanks for the report, but there's not so much we could do from blender side for now.
