Full Screen on OSX not correct with window on 2nd monitor

iMac OSX 10.8.3, i7, 16GB Ram
ATi HD 4850 512MB

--- Blender version with error, and version that worked ---
Blender v2.65a, r55534 64bit taken from buildbot this morning

--- Short description of error ---
Using a second monitor with a floating blender window on that monitor in addition to the normal blender interface on main monitor.
When going into full screen from the Window / Toggle Full screen.
The dock at the bottom of the monitor does not disappear (screenshot attached)
The main OSX menu bar does not disappear but overlays the blender menu (screenshot attached), hiding the option to toggle back from full screen without using keyboard shortcut
Using the just added (r55515) OSX full screen option is not workable in this situation as it removes anything on the second monitor.

With no second window the full screen works correctly
Tested with official 2.65a release and works correctly

--- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---
File / Load Factory Settings
Using outliner window and with Shift key held down split drag the corner window splitter to make a new floating window
Window / Toggle Full screen menu

I cannot test this here now... can you just check with any program that allows two windows open, and one full screen on the other screen?

The OSX Full Screen option is rubbish for all apps tried with multi monitors, only one screen is fullscreen and the other blank. You can make a second window and drag to second monitor after going fullscreen but then the button to go out of full screen doesn't work.

The original blender fullscreen in 2.66a gave you one monitor full screen and the second still working as normal.
Now with r55534 if no floating window and you go to fullscreen you can create one and drag to second monitor ok, only if you have the floating window before going fullscreen does it give problems. This is a change to the official 2.66a release

The standard cross platform fullscreen is still there. Just check the blender header "window" menu.
That however also has bugs... it makes windows unresponsive in cases.

Anyway - now what's the bug then? If it's rubbish for every app, what should we fix then?

That's the one that has the bugs with r55534, when used to go fullscreen the dock and OSX header do not disappear as shown in the earlier screenshots. This works correctly in official 2.66a

Sorry, I was mixing up the full screen options in the report. Thought you wanted something in the new full screen fixed.

Also with 1 monitor I get the same error, if there's 2 blender windows open. Will check.

Fix for this goes to svn now. I made one small change though, the dock now switches to use autohide, instead of being permanent off for full screen.
