--- Short description of error ---
Changing the Physics->Size of the particles when "Whole Group" is enabled makes them shift away instead of scaling.
This happens even if the group has just one member. Disabling "Whole Group" makes the scaling work correctly.
This has been reported here as well: http://www.blender.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=104738&sid=6b6e70307b0fc1206ab0b0839b357e4c
--- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---
This is hard to reproduce out of the box but the attached file can reproduce the bug.
Check the attached file.
Thanks

Update: I found the reason why the shifting happens but it's still a bug.
The instanced Group must be centered at (0,0,0) which is a hard constraint.
You might have many Groups that would overlap making everything a mess.
You would also be forced to shift your entire scene away from (0,0,0) breaking many other objects.
Tip: when "Whole Group" is enabled the global coordinates of the group center should be subtracted.

It's a feature of any group instancing in Blender to use the scene center as zero reference for coordinates.
I realize that's not friendly for making many groups, but it's just how things (really) work simple and sane now. Otherwise grouping needs an additional pivot entity to define the new center.
