compiled with just make . slackware current nvidia geforce4 MX 440 SE 4x
found it was looking for pythong 2.4 so I added the export NAN_PYTHON_VERSION=2.4 then a problem with the netscape plugin wich i don't have netscpe . so i used export NAN_NO_PLUGIN=true then for what this post is . libGL.a and libGLU.a not found bcause it was looking for them in /usr/lib
so I used NAN_MESA=/usr/X11R6 in user-def.mk .
That fixed those but I got a new error wich I couldn't figure out but <UnNamed> maybe -lXxf86vm missing said to try that . wich I added to nan_link.mk and it worked . I was compiling the cvs at that time but I'm sure it will fix 2.37a since it was the same erors in there to and the same line etc
each reproduces all the time with NAN_xxx removed from user-def.mk

one other thing thats weird is the premade static has blenderstatic and the dynamic had blender. when I ran make release it made the 2 packages but both say blender. one is what it should be (static and the other dynamic. jut wasthinking I might have done something wrong :)
