blender crashs when trying to change Layout profile

Linux 3.12.1 (archlinux)

Blender Version
Broken: Blender 2.69 (exact information see attached system information)
Worked: Blender 2.68a

Short description of error
crashs if I try to change the window layout via the Layout preset menu (tried 3d Full, Animations)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
breaks: change window Layout via Layout preset menu (Presets I tried: Animation,3d full)

works: switching to first scene, changing Layout preset, afterwards error doesn't happen anymore

the bug doesn't happen just one time and is fixed by the mentioned method

Cant redo the bug, Just incase I missed something, opening "waberzeugscrashchanginglayout.blend" and switching to "3D View Full" should be enough to crash?

Since your doing your own builds, could you set the build type to "Debug" and make a backtrace of the crash?

Edit, Tested 2.69 release and I can redo the crash there, investigating further.
