Short description of error
Non-default keybinds for panning/rotating the 3D viewport don't work while using the knife tool, circle select and likely any similar tools I've forgotten/don't use. 2.69 seems to have added a keybind option for panning while using the knife tool. I still can't rotate the viewport with the knife and can't do either with circle select.
