Problem
The transform operators are missing modal callouts for available options.
Proposed Solution
TAB: toggle through XYZ axis'(X) , | XYZ: set explicit axis
Note: when tabbing through axis' the ( ) should show the active axis.
The proposed solution does not show everything available to the user, such as the $ made available via D61, but it gives the basics.

Let’s archive this as known TODO. In any case, we can’t keep fixing this on a case by case basis, would take edges and break each time we change an option, etc. Much better to tackle T37699, this is the only real fix I can think of. ;)
