Blender Version
Broken: 2.69.0 r60991
I also tried the releases for 2.68, 2.67 and 2.59, they are broken too.

Short description of error
ctrl + (select more) is not working with the emulated numpad on Norwegian Apple keyboard. ctrl - (select less) works fine. I’m unable to map the + key for anything if I try to do so as well.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Have a Norwegian Apple keyboard (without he numpad, mine is the wireless one for the iMac).
  2. Enable numpad emulation.
  3. Try to select more by going ctrl +.

The same behaviour is found on the Norwegian laptop keyboard (tested with MacBook Air, OS X 10.9.1).

There is not much we can do about this issue, MacOS tends to swallow that kind of special key events. Only think you can do is get a keyboard with a real numpad, or setup a different shortcut for this event (like e.g. ctrl+wheel or so).
