Short description of error
Changing the resolution of the ocean modifier completely changes the ocean (rather than only changing the amount of detail).

If you create another ocean at a resolution of 6 and a Time to about .8 (a value gotten from random experimenting), it looks roughly the same as an ocean 7 at time 0.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on

  1. Compare the edge of the left-most ocean with the middle ocean
  2. Compare the edge of the right-most ocean with the middle ocean

Would not consider this a bug… It’s just how Ocean procedural generation code works.
