Short description of error
Rotation with shortcuts r x 45 - (minus)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
With 2.69.1 in edit mode when i rotate on x axis the default cube of -45° with shortcuts r x 45 - (minus) it will work. but with the latest version of blender minus after 45 degree dont work.
Ok you can use r - (minus) 45 but frequently i reverse the rotation after pose of 45° and it was really useful

This was an intentional change in {87cc890aef53c4660448b1125dc0c40a187ae1f2}, you can use ctrl - instead.
