First below that is my original Post on Blenderartists.org.
3D Mouse Pro on a 5.1 Mac Pro Tower.
I am including the links below as I don't want anyone to think I didn't check these things out on my own. I don't expect anyone to look at them.... i Have a 2012 5.1 Mac Pro Tower os x 10.8.4, an AMD Radeon 7950 3 gig graphics card, 32 gigs of ram... blah blah blah. I am doing the "Alarm Clock" tutorials on YT. I have tried Blender 2.69.0 r60991 and also later on I tried 2.65 which I also have on my computer. And installed the new 3DConnexion driver v10_1_0_r1693_1.
I have contacted 3DConnexion and they referred me here. I purchased a SpaceMouse Pro a while ago and just got around to trying it out. I checked all the suggested Blender, Mouse Pro, system prefs below. And the SpaceMouse Pro works fine on the Blender start up file and the provided tuts but is very unresponsive on the alarm clock file with about 15 meshes. With the slightest touch it chugs along for 15-20 seconds after I let the trackball go spinning in circle or whatever. I would like to use this $400 SpaceMouse Pro but seems to behave more like a drunken sailor (actually less fun than...). I seem to of painted myself into a corner here. BTW my Wacom Tablet 3 button mouse works great in real time and the file stops moving when my hand stops... Yippee. I don't currently recommend the 3D Mouse Pro for Blender. Any further suggestions please?

Hello Shayla,
The navigation with the 3D mouse was implemented by the manufacturer of
Blender. Please report this issue to Blender.
They are the right contact for improvement here.
