Pentium Dual Core 2.6 Ghz
3GBs RAM
Intel Chipset Series 4

Blender Version
Broken: 2.69.11 6f6be7c

Short description of error
its not that important Bug but its Annoying
when u press 5 and change to ortho mode
then if u change to one of the sides { front , side , back ... etc } and then use the MMB to Orbit The View it Automatically Changes to Perspective again every time
since im using ppa to install Blender it automatically installs the test builds so i also downloaded the 2.69 from Blender.org and same problem
it worked normally on the same computer when i had windows 8 on it :\
*This also happens with Trackball Mode

i Dont know if its a Bug or i have to change something in the user preferences .

Not a bug, just disable "Auto Perspective" in Interface tab of userprefs.

When you are not sure about it, please also try to ask about such glitches on user forums before reporting a bug… Bug tracker is not a user support place! ;)
