Dynamic Hair System Cache Problem

Short description of error
In the cache option, when we clicking on "Bake All Dynamics" or "Free All Bakes", the cache system doesn't work for a Dynamic Hair System.
When we clicking on "Bake" or "Free Bake" the cache works for all Dynamic Hair Systems and not for the one selected.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add 2 Spheres, add 2 different Hair System. Turn on Hair Dynamics. Change the cache step to 1 then clic on "Bake All Dynamics".

@Lukas Tönne (lukastoenne), assigning to you so you can look into it when have time. Bug it it's something what never worked move to the TODO and archive. We'll use it as a reference report when working on new physics system.

Don't think this ever worked. We need complete hair replacement anyway, archiving.
