Dell Inspiron 1536 laptop, i5, 4G ram, windows 7-64 bit,

Broken: 2.70 64-bit 19e267c
Worked: 2.69 & down

In the VSE, after maxi/minimizing any window,
blender windows stop updating but audio continues to play. Everytime.

Just load a vid, w or w/o Audio, alt+a, it plays fine, shift+space to maximize any blender window,
the update freezes("anim player" icon goes away), audio will continue to play, alt+a again, and it will start back updating at correct spot.
UPDATE: I just noticed its all windows,3d, clip ed., not just the VSE.

I posted on blenderartist.com but not much help. Thank you for Blender!

This issue has already been fixed (you can test it in our nightly builds from the buildbot), fix will be in coming 2.70a release.

At least I'm not crazy, well, at least with regards to this.
