Interface problem after saving configuration in full screen

System Information
Mac OS X 10.9.2
Intel HD Graphics 3000

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.70a f93bc76)

Short description of error
The interface doesn't load properly after saving UI startup file in full screen (see attached image{F85004}) and the mouse is misfit (around 0.5cm moved) so objects cannot be easily selected.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Enter full screen (ctrl+cmd+f).
  2. Modify and save startup config (ctrl+u).
  3. Exit and re-start blender.

To solve this issue:

  1. File->load factory settings
  2. Repeat steps 2 and 3 described before.

Or save all changes before entering in full screen mode.

This looks a but muddled anyway:

  • cannot reproduce wrong window, but cannot retoggle to normal window when loaded from startup with FS. I have to use the old FS toggle to get back.
  • afaik we supressed loading with FS, should always start with non-FS as it does when loading .blend

Something is not straight here ...

I pushed a fix to ignore states on windowcreation, this also avoids getting the OSX fullscreen toogle in a wrong state.
I'am not fully sure this will help fix the initially reported bug, but i think so, due i guess original poster uses the new
OSX "app uses own spaces" option. ( i don't, cause i do not like the sideeffects )
