Trackpad scrolling reversed for scroll areas within Properties Panel

First off, the Macbook multitouch trackpad works wonderfully well in Blender. Really intuitive and responsive - much better than many other software suites out there...

One minor thing is that the scrolling direction for scrollable areas within the Properties Panel (eg. List of Materials) is reversed compared to the scrolling of the panel itself. I have mine set on natural scrolling so for the panel at-large, swiping up scrolls down, but for my Materials list within the panel swiping up scrolls up. It was this way in 2.69 as well.

Yes, i confirm the matlist scrolls opposite of pane.
Should be sinmple to fix.
We should use the "natural" way consequently then .

Will take a deeper look after having opensubdiv work ready ( 21/22 may ).

Today Sergey kicked me again about this.
Unfortunately i totally forgot about this little issue.
It seems that natural scrolling is only odd in the material popup, but as
this is aleays stretched up to the needed lenght, mouse picking would
be preferable way to select anyway.

I am bit busy with other stuff atm., so postpone this after 2.72 unless someone
else wants to take a look.

For clarification an image of the area in question:

IMHO this behaviour is not really wrong, just a bit confusing as nothing scrolls there, only selection follows.

By request of Sergey, i close and archieve this issue for later ....
