Binary FBX export does not handle group instances

Description

The ASCII FBX exporter could handle exporting group instances, but the binary exporter does not.

Attached is an example level with trees placed via group instances.

Tested on Windows with the 362b25b3 Win64 (variation: official) build from builder.blender.org.
