Short description of error

In sculpt mode: Shortkey D does not work in BLENDER 2.70 (DRAW BRUSH)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

In sculpt mode pressing D key should change the brush to draw brush (like in Blender 2.5x to 2.69).Nothing happens.

D is grease pencil by default unless you've changed shortcuts. Open user preferences -> Input tab and look what's assigned there (search for "brush" and scroll to the sculpt section)

Not a bug, it has been moved to X to allow using the grease pencil.

In Blender 2.91.0 it's still not working. The shortcut key (D) is correct in preferences but when I press in sculpt mode nothing happens.

Unless you did re-assign grease pencil to other shortcut you'll have a keymap conflict.
