Please be aware that this issue 0xc000007b usually comes from 32/64-bit mismatches of various system dlls required by Visual studio. reinstall the visual studio 2013 reditributables to be sure this is not a problem please

i was update video card drivers one week ago
i was not install visual studio - i'm simple user of blender

We really need to better guard agains msvcrxx.dll mismatches and improve distribution and packing strategy there but fixed for now :)
