the buildbot was bundling msvcr120.dll that was not the exact one that was used to build blender up until yesterday.
Could you retest today's version.

Also do you have service pack 1 installed ?

if we don't switch - working too, but not so fast

i was download 0b4da96 - working with bug
i have windows 7ultimate - 64 service pack1

I would classify this as an OpenGL driver issue.
Could you maybe explain how you measure that blender is faster ?

And maybe also add the information in Russian if your Russian as I really have trouble knowing what the exact problem is.

I was open any version 2.71 and earlier, set compatible with windows7
and i was see:
click blender.exe
blender faster start(open) - it is so visibly
in work:
it is not so visibly, but faster

But main problem - in 2.71(official and not official releases) - if we don't set compatible with windows7
and click blender.exe - blender don't start.

and else:
if i download(2.71 and later) any version in arhive, open this arhive, and click blender.exe(only first time) - blender start normal, but second time, and all others, and if unpack arhive - don't start without switching on compatible with windows7

but only c5a2c08 don't open first time in arhive

Does this also happen with opening blender-app.exe?

in 4766d80a i was open only first time after download, and second time and all others don't open without compartible with windows7, blender app exe too.

in 4766d80 we can set compartible with windows7 in blender app exe and don't set for blender exe, klick blender exe - blender open normal.
