Can't redo this (with a cube and a generated texture) - mipmaps work, could you upload a simple Blend file where it happens.

Thats the blend file of the file you already have a picture on. I think this has to do with my graphics card because I've tried to use older versions of blender where it suposed to work but It doesn't.

Thanks, checked and this works for me too, likely this is a graphics card issue.

  • Try change the user preferences (save them) and reload.
  • Try access the user preferences without opening a new window (change space type), since this could be an issue with OpenGL context and multiple windows.

If this is a graphics card issue. Will you be able to fix it or do I have to change graphics card?

From the looks of it we can't fix, since this isnt a bug in Blender, sometimes driver updates fix, you could report the bug to the driver authors too.

Well my drivers are up to date... Shouldn't you be able to fix so blender works with Intel iris pro?

We cannot support all possible driver bugs, this would eat tens of people dev time (not mentioning the need to get same hardware/software configuration too)!

Anyway, using CPU-embedded GPU with Blender is not a good idea, they are not designed for such heavy tasks.

Also, you should not reopen a task yourself, nor should you set its priority, those are dev tasks only.
