Short description of error
I have downloaded Blender many times now, continuously installing and uninstalling, and every time, I have the icons missing on the top and the bottom. You'll see what I mean if you look at the link at the bottom.
I have been talking to bleepingcomputer guys, and they have no clue what's going on.
Please fix this strange bug. I want to use Blender ASAP.
