Description

i downloaded blender for my os windows 32 several times, after installation of the program, the blender is not opening and error report like
"the procedure entry point GetLogicalProcessorInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."
kindly give me the details about resolving the issue..

We need at least your exact OS version (would suspect XP?), and the version of Blender you are trying to use (official 2.71? new testbuilds for 2.72?).

Anyway, searching on the web for this error, looks like you are using XP SP2, while you need XP SP3 to run Blender…

i already used the same blender 2.7 with the same window xp os, i created many blender files videos too.., just week before i re install the OS as well as blender but now the blender is not supported..
