Sound - no functions for first row of strip input panel

System Information
OS X 10.8.5 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.71-220fcd4 or any other

Short description of error
First row of "Sound" panel in properties has no functions. See attach.
I can't browse, load, delete with these buttons.
"Fake" function has no sense since browsing is not working.
Name can be edit in "Edit Strip" panel.

It never worked for me.
Does it any reason to be there?
Or did I use it in a wrong way?

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just import any sound strip and check Sound properties panel.

(Title "Sound" for this panel can be also called "Strip Input" to sync naming. Does it?)

Yeah… this feature (changing a sound strip's sound datablock) is not yet supported actually, seems like a TODO to me. Will comment out that ID selector in UI for now.

Thanks for hiding and keeping on TODO list.
It would be nice to have ability to change datablock for strips one day :)
