Broken: Latest Buildbots (for sure)
Worked: I think it was always broken

Short description of error
The symmetry in Sculpting is broken if you use Clipping Border

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add any object
Go to Sculpting
Enable Symmetry: X
Sculpt. Everything is OK
View > Clipping Border - draw a border only on one side
Sculpt. Symmetry is broken

This is a dreaded case of "works as expected I'm afraid"

Too bad.

I started to use Clipping Border more frequently when sculpting to handle tough spots when using Grab/SnakeHook.
That's when I actually pinpointed it breaks the symmetry.

You can work around it, as long as you know it's gonna break symmetry.

Try to keep it in mind if anyone gets the time to look through the issue.
I'll give you guys a reminder in ~6 months.
