Short description of error

Blender fbx exporter merges UV maps. Overlap issues.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Every objects' UV maps are merging By their UV map index number.

Example Object A, has 1 UV map, B has 2 UV maps. FBX exporter merges all UV maps that has same index nubmer. in this case A's 1st uv map and B's first UV map merged as a CHANNEL! B's second became another channel by itself.

Export the blend file as fbx, see file in a material editor, (in my case it's Unreal Engine 4). (attached)

I do not understand your issue, tried your file (both cubes only have one UVLayer here, btw, so added one), and get one layer for cube A, and two for cube B. Anyway, 2.71 exporter is old now!

So, please:

  • Try with latest build from our buildbot;
  • Attach here the exact .blend, and .fbx you get from it.

If issue persists, I’d bet this is yet another glitch from UE4 (did you check your fbx with others apps, like Unity or Maya/Max?).
