FBX exporting problem (Multiple UVs)

System Information
In the DX.diag attached below

Blender Version
2.72a

Short description of error

1:Add two sets of UVs to one object
2:Export through the .FBX exporter using the 7.4 Binary
3:Open the .fbx in a .fbx viewer and it only shows one UV map
OR
re import into blender using the .fbx importer, only shows one UV map

Conclusion:
The FBX exporter will not support two or more UV maps applied to the object

I cannot confirm that here, neither with official 2.72 nor with current master. Cube exports with its two UVmaps. And btw, your testnewblend.fbx also have two UVMaps, at least when I import it into Blender…

PS: I do not consider FBX viewer as a reference, not at all - please use Unity, this is the tool that has shown best compatibility so far…
