Undo does not work in the compositor when in texture-paint, sculpt, or edit modes
I can confirm that with mouse in composite node editor,
undo seems to undo actions in 3D window (with sculpt, texture-paint and edit), not composite window.
Sergey, Lukas, Campbell, does any of you known whether this is known limitation/TODO related to our current history stack?
My experience was that it would undo actions in my open image-editor panel. The behavior of the undo history is bad but not consistent enough to describe. Under certain conditions I could get it to work. My impression was that undo's were working on whatever happened to be in undo buffer but again I had a hard time repeating what was going on.
I would consider it a TODO. Undo stack uses current context to see which of local stacks (if any) to use for unto.
There ae much more issues caused by the local nature of some stacks, better to solve them all at once with a nicer undo design.
