Have you tried opening it in autodesk?
and can you also give pictures?

Marking as incomplete until this is learned

Hello,
The reason I use blender is because I can't pay for 3dsmax or Maya and like the open source idea (if it works at least) ;-)
I use blender to export models to Unity. I also export them to Substance Painter to paint them. In Substance Painer and in a FBX viewer, I get the same result. See picture.

Could you please retest tomorrow with next builds from coming night? I might have fixed that issue in today's commits, but not sure about it…

Hello Bastien,
If you mean the new 2.73 alpha from the blender.org website (d7e4944), it exports it even worse. Now the complete model is stretched and horribly deformed.

Daniel

Nah, I meant builds from our buildbot. But please wait for next builds tomorrow, I made another fix related to your file today too. ;)

Anyway, I think one big issue with your model is it has parts with extreme scales (like 0.000012 or so), think you are hitting some precision issue in matrices transformation and so. Maybe you could try to apply your scales in your meshes.

Mont29,
That is the one thing I always forget in Blender: applying the scale, location and rotation! There should be a nice big button for this in Blender...
I did it for all the parts. I also reset all the pose transforms. Now it exports correctly.
Yet when I apply some transforms in pose mode and export it again, the object get's messed up (parts are rotated, and located at the wrong postion).
