A few things to note here:

  • BF Blender is for bugs with Blender itself, bug like this one should go to #infrastructure:_websites or Documentation, but never to BF Blender!
  • this isn't a bug, what you are reporting is missing responsiveness so that would be something like a ToDo at the most

Nevertheless, thanks for the report, but that is something we're really aware of

As I Said, we are aware of that, but afaik it is not planned to work on this. We have a new manual but things like release notes won't go there I think.
