when active dyntopo blender closes without any warning

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open blender 2.71 I downloaded from blender.org
Go to the mode and active sculpt dyntopo
Blender crash

We had quite a few similar issues (e.g. T42996, T38904, T34147), problem is most likely outdated graphics drivers.
I will close this for now, we can still reopen if we see the issue comes from somewhere else.
