Short description of error
When unicode characters (such as é ) are included in the names of objects when they are exported as Collada DAE files, the resulting DAE files are invalid and cannot be imported into other programs, including blender itself.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

1. Create a cube object
2. Append a é or ¢ onto the end of the cube's name.
3. Export the cube as a Collada DAE file.
4. Try to import the DAE back into Blender.
