Show "Lossless" option for codec H264 when selecting MKV or another container

Description

There is no option to select "Lossless" compression for H264 using some other container than AVI. That option could be visible when selecting other kind of containers.

Hey @Jonata Bolzan (jonata),
thanks for the report, but Phabricator tasks are only for developers that are planning to work on the feature. Also FYI, the entire encoding workflow/UI is being redesigned atm, so chances are that this will be tackled as well :)

So thanks again but closed due to the policy of our tracker.
