Description

  1. allow user to customize location of command bar and add separator
  2. can add color so it will add highlight/grouping or landmark by customizing at theme
  3. ability to turn on and off auto collapse at user preference ( can solve scroll problem

sorry for capslock at title i did not notice and
i cant modify the task it was set to Type : bug
