Short description of error
Invalid bookmarks are not selectable. However, they should be, e.g. if you want to delete them

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
create a bookmark to a dummy folder. Then rename the folder using the OS' file browser. Reopen Blender's file browser. The now invalid link is no more selectable and therefore not delete-able
