open this file, select rendered shading mode - we will not see color of shadow

P.S. this bug is active for render, for rendered shading mode and for bake full render.
Baking shadow - it is special case, i will write about it in next report.

'Shadows Only' is drawn based on Alpha of Transparency.
It is set to 0 with the blend file which you attached.
I think that this is the same as not drawing a shadow.
I think that it is easy to distinguish it if you change Shadow color of Lamp into a different color.
However, something may be wrong because Shadow is drawn black even if you set Alpha of Transparency to 1.

Indeed, the shadow is converted to transparency. But Blender Internal (and the compositor, image editor, ..) does not supported colored transparency, it only has a single monochrome alpha channel, so the color would be lost. In fact nearly all image file formats ad image viewers do not support colored transparency either. So I don't think we can consider this a bug.
