Short description of error

In User Prefs I went to Addons and added a zip file for SKP file type import and the error message appeared at top (See Title above for message).

There is no information about how to clear it in the Python Console (as suggested ... unless there is some other Console....) As a non-python programmer I don't know how to remove the problem and it won't let me add any new Addons--which I need to do.

I have two earlier versions of Blender to use that don't have this problem so I tried to find the offending file in the system and delete it -- hoping to re-install the new 2.75a version. No luck at finding it--I have tried re-installing and no luck.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Can you try to start Blender from a terminal, and see the error output is printed?
