Please provide a way we can redo the bug (in this case a pie-menu which isn't working correctly).

@Campbell Barton (campbellbarton), there is a script included in the attached .blend.
In fact I was able to recreate this earlier, so setting to confirmed.

I did, launch the blend file and execute the script at the text editor.
Its not an specific pie menu, its all of them using props_enum to display enumproperties.
This is broken since 2.74. It worked on 2.73, offical releases.
