Description

In the free style page there is this page a should be removed because it is not something that should be in the manual:

	rBM1800 Fix T46173 remove video and links to tutorials for freestyle

@Tamito Kajiyama (kjym3), Having a lot of video examples seems out-of-scope for a reference manual.

Linking to external resources can be kept, but some of this (older docs for example), or links to google-doc of user suggestion.

This is more project management / development related.

Suggest to remove this page, and instead the introduction page can have a References section with external links, which includes a link to the freestyle project page: https://developer.blender.org/project/profile/9/

And all important links relating to work on freestyle, design docs, google doc for user feedback. etc ...can be added there.

Removed a video in rBM695 but only because it was deleted
