Short description of error
When Ctrl Shift Alt C to copy long data path, instead of copying the full path, it copies the incomplete path displayed with "...".

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Press Ctrl Shift Alt C with mouse over the 3D cursor location value, for example.

Thanks for the report, but this is not a bug… Those 'ellipsis' dots here mean that we cannot find the exact data path between the 'owner' ID and the property, for whatever reason (in case of cursor location, it's a property of the space, which make it impossible for current code to generate a complete path).
