Blender Version
Broken: 2.76b Tested also

Short description of error
When using animated meshes in conjunction with the boolean modifier. The rigido body system doesn´t behave as expected and doesn´t take into consideration the boolean modifier. This will be seen better in the example attached.

Thanks for the report, but here you are using an animated boolean, rigidbody does not support varying geometry at all… So no bug here, just unsuported feature.
