Applying a bool modifier crashes blender

Description

I just tried to apply a bool modifier to a cylinder using three joined cubes as bool object ( see attached file). As soon as I select the object for the modifier to use, eg. the joined cubes, blender crashes.

The build I'm running is: c359343f8dae6689c955dc1fa700cb26f6cd2e95

System Information
Mac OSX 10.11.3
NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M

Cannot reproduce that here (debian64 testing), neither with intel nor nvidia GPUs (i74700m and gtx850m resp.)…

Cant redo crash here (archlinux64), this seems quite a simple example which works as intended.

Can reproduce that bug in
Blender v2.76.11 (Hash: c359343)

(MacOSX 10.10.5, Intel HD Graphics 4000)

But it works in Official releas (2.76b)

Couldn't reproduce with build from master @ 62b3fdb on MacOSX 10.11.3, Graphics Intel Iris Pro

Well, actually. Managed to reproduce the crash on iTrash machine in the studio.

Seems it was something wrong in buildbot itself. Wiped the build folder there, made a fresh build and can't redo the issue anymore.

Please let me know if the issue still exists, for until then considering it resolved. Thanks for the report :)
