Short description of error
I rendered a scene once with my GPU, and it worked correctly, however upon trying a re-render with different settings I received the error "CUDA error at cuCtxCreate: Already Mapped"
Changing the device to CPU, rendering, and returning to GPU does not solve it, however re-launching Blender appears to work for one render.
I have installed the Pro Lighting Skies demo add-on and the CubeSter add-on, all other enabled add-ons are included in trunk.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Thanks for the report, but there is not enough information here for us to investigate. We need more exact steps to redo the problem, with a .blend file.
