Hi,
I have 2 monitor configured in 1 Big Desktop configuration of 2560X1024Pixel.
When i launch Blender, I can't use de FULL range of my two screen.
For explanation, this the 2 photos here :
The maximum size i can user :

You always have to provide information about the configuration you have, the OS (version) and the graphics card (specs) as minimal. It is also important to always try the official release from blender.org, and if that one doesn't work properly, also a previous official release. That is mentioned in the bug report guidelines (on the submit page even!).
Then keep in mind that large opengl windows can be limited by the available graphics memory of the 3d card, and how the 3d card was configured by X11 (seems you have linux).
There's also an older open report about dual screen in this tracker, it might be the same issue here...
This is a generic request to test your bug report and see if it is still an issue in 2.5alpha2 if so please let me know by making a comment in this report ie 'also in 2.5alpha2' and I will add it to the 2.5 bug list.
