Short description of error
Lens Dropdown doesn't change when selecting Panoramic type.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Select the camera, select properties, under Lens select Panoramic it stays at Millimeters and won't let you select
Equirectangular etc.

I think you're probably testing different renderers in 2.77 and 2.76, with Cycles Render you can select Equirectangular and other projections, but with Blender Render they are not supported and it's intended to work this way.
