Camera rotation vibrates after switching full screen windows.

Switch between full screen windows then return to blender and rotate the camera. The camera will vibrate. Sometimes it doesn't but it usually does.

To fix it I just press the right or left mouse button and then rotate the camera again and it's back to normal.
