This patch implements outliner search ability. Thanks to all people on irc who helped me with the various mistakes I made with pointers...

Usage Notes:
- Ctrl F in outliner. This pops up a textbox which allows you to enter a name to search for.
- Shift F in outliner. This finds the next item in the outliner with the name of the previous item found. If no item was previously found, then the textbox for Ctrl F is popped up.

Other Notes:
- Name finding just looks at whether the names are the same. Case sensitive. Names occuring partially within another don't count. (I'm still looking into whether it would be useful to have the other two under different hotkeys).
- No menu entries anywhere.
